Under a spending plan approved on tuesday, march 5, 2025, by a state house committee, georgia public school teachers would get a $2,500 raise.
House Members On Thursday, March 7, 2025 Approved A Budget For The Year Beginning July 1 That Would Provide Pay Raises For Public School Teachers.
State and university employees also would get a 4% pay increase, up to $70,000 in salary.
